The Office of Research and the Office of Foundation Relations are pleased to announce the internal competition for Syracuse University’s nomination of one Assistant Professor for the 2021 Pew Scholars Program in the Biomedical Sciences. The Pew scholars program supports assistant professors of outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of human health. The award provides $300,000 in flexible support—$75,000 per year for a four-year period. Candidates must hold a doctorate in biomedical sciences, medicine, or a related field; hold a full-time appointment at the rank of assistant professor; and must not have been appointed as an assistant professor at any institution prior to June 15, 2017.
